Every sod installation starts with a proper site visit — we check drainage, soil quality and sun exposure before quoting, so there are no surprises on install day. Old turf or bare soil is graded and levelled, a starter fertilizer is worked in, and fresh-cut sod is laid within hours of harvest for maximum root take. How much watering does new sod need?
Water twice daily for the first 10 days, then taper as roots establish over 4–6 weeks.
Can I walk on it right away?
Light foot traffic is fine after 10–14 days. Wait 4 weeks for regular use.
